What do ya'll think of the name Mahala Marie?
I looked it up.
Mahala means "woman" or "tender fawn." I really like the meaning because we are both big believers in gender roles, and I like tender fawn, reminds me of a sweet personality.
Marie means "bitter," but that is one of my middle names, so we were going to use it anyway. Sam has my first middle name and if we have another girl, she will have my other middle name.
(Mahala and Marie are both forms of Mary...Weird. But the name Mary is in the Bible and I like that too.)
