I have been getting pretty excited about Fall. That keeps me happy. We have already done a Fall craft. And I have been looking on Pinterest and my Better Homes and Gardens Fall magazines for ideas for Fall. And I have a lot. Can't wait to get started on the house.
Anyway, the real reason I got on to post is that Jessie gave me some good news today!!! He got his promotion! AND a really nice pay raise-10%-which puts him at $13.40 an hour! That is an extra $200.00 a month-plus overtime! His promotion also means that he can volunteer to go out of town, which they make good money doing. (He said he would probably only do that like one week out of the year so to help with stuff like Christmas and whatnot.) But he doesn't want to do it too often, then he wouldn't get to see Sam much. And that also means that he will get bigger bonuses because those are based on your pay! I am so excited! Just in time for the house and *hopefully* having another baby. It'll really help. Now we are really looking at putting Sam in those gymnastics classes.
He leaves out on the 27th to go to Knoxville for training. (He would just train down here, but him and his best friend, Josh, are the only ones who made it this quarter, so instead of doing a class for just them, they are sending them to be with some other techs doing the class.) While he is up there, they will pay for his hotel and all his expenses, including food. We may go up there and see him during the weekend he is up there and try to do something fun. I have no idea how Sam will do not seeing him. He got off late last night, so she didn't get to see him more than a few hours, and she ended up crying herself to sleep. He had to go in there with her. I told Jessie while he is gone, I will be decorating the house for Fall. :p
