Guess who's going on a trip...all alone!

Okay, so Jessie is going on a hunting trip in Calhoun from like March 23rd to the 25th, which is totally cool with me since I can drive now. I think it will be nice for him to go out with the guys and for me to have a few nights to go out with some of my friends or get some time alone with Sam. :)  

Well, since Jessie is going on a trip, I get to go on one too! I picked the Atlanta Homeschool Convention. (Some lady Jessie hooked up cable for told him about it when he mentioned that we were going to homeschool Samantha. She homeschooled her 6 kids for 18 years, and she said she always went to the convention. So Jessie had her write down some info for me, and now I want to go!) 

So at the beginning of May, I am taking a 3 day trip down to Atlanta all by myself. I am scared. I may change my mind and end up taking them. lol It is only $5.00 more to bring the whole family. I will still have to get a hotel either way, or may stay with my Dad. And we will probably bring our own food so we don't have to eat out. 

I am extremely excited. Apparently they have all kinds of seminars and cool stuff for sale. People you can talk to if you have any questions and resources to find out more. New people to meet from all over. I am so excited. I really hope I can do this by myself because it would be nice to have some me time and do something I enjoy. But two nights is an awful long time to be away from Sam..
