I couldn't do it.

Well, I couldn't do it. I couldn't leave Sami for a whole weekend for that conference...I just couldn't. I called and canceled and I lied. I told them that the babysitter canceled, but really it was me...Jessie and I talked about it and I just knew that since my Mom was watching her for the night, Jessie was going to want to let his Mom watch her the other night and just the thought of that made me cringe, so I canceled. I feel bad because they already reserved out spots and everything. And they paid for it already. I just feel terrible...
