YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!

I AM SO EXCITED!!! Today and yesterday I have been running, running, running trying to get an answer about our approval. People kept saying that didn't have our information and that they didn't know who we needed to get ahold of. I was really getting impatient because they are supposed to have open house tomorrow-Sunday. And I didn't think for it being Saturday, that anything would get done. But I got a call out of nowhere from the loan officer today. Without going into all the steps I took, we got qualified for up to $115,000, but the house we want is only like $94,000. So, we got approved for it. We are going to sign an offer tomorrow after church and hopefully the owner accepts it! And then we will get started on the appraisal and inspection process. We have to pay about $700.00 up front, but we will get it back at closing. We are getting a USDA loan on the house, which is a low interest rate and no down payment. And the bank and owner will split closing costs and first year insurance and taxes. Our payments will be about $610.00 a month which is barely over what we pay here. We will have to pay water-so we are getting rid of our YMCA membership. But we are not going to get trash because I recycle so much that we don't even go through a WalMart bag a week. So we can take it to my Mom's house or something. AH! I am so excited! I didn't think we would be getting a house so soon! This is great! I have so many plans for this house, but I will post those later if she accepts the offer.
