Today Sami has her last (hopefully) swallow study today at 1:00. Not being negative, but I know my child, she is not going to pass. SO, they said they are going to decide what to do depending on the results. They are considering sending her to an ENT (ears, nose, and throat specialist) and having them run more test and possibly do surgery. But with my luck, they will continue to push it off until "next time" like they have the last two years. We will see. Maybe since she is almost two (the very latest age it should heal) they will go ahead and send her to the specialist.
I also called the eye doctor who AGAIN said they don't have the eye drops in and they will call me back and let me know something. And they didn't. I have called like four times over the last few days and they just say, "I am not sure. Let me call you back."
On a good note, Sami and I have been working with her Kindermusik activity book at home and she Loves it! We listen to the cds everyday. I also decided to go ahead and teach her her scales. We are working on the basic ones right now. She knows Do-Re-Do. She was running around singing them all night last night. She is going to Love to sing like her Mommy! I am so glad because art and singing are my two favorite things and she DOES NOT like art.
