Details

Well, he goes tomorrow to do his background check and drug test, which he will pass both. Then he will start on the 22nd. That means he can't go to my brother's graduation from Basic Training, but I am sure he will understand. Anyway, the 22nd is when he goes in for orientation. He starts that Monday with "school." He does "school" for a few weeks, and then he will start working. (He gets paid for school.) When he starts working he will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday. I like the days, but not the hours. I would prefer him go in at like 6:00 AM and get off earlier like he does at Nabco. Anyway, he starts out at $11.50 an hour and he will get a raise in 90 days, so they say. He will also move up to a "Tech II" then. (He will be starting as a Tech I.) He may get a little overtime, but that is mainly just if a project runs over. The will reimburse him up to $5,000.00 a year for school, for an approved major. (I believe what he is going for is an approved major.) Also, he will get sick days, flex days, personal days, holidays...all that good stuff. Health insurance...They also pay for you to have a business cell and part of your personal cell...There are a few other things I can't think of right now, but those things alone are AWESOME!!! I am very excited for him. And as selfish as this sounds, I am happy to be able to actually stay at home with Samantha now. I can actually focus more on the cooking and cleaning instead of spending hours a day looking and hoping for a job. I will assist him on his schoolwork, but like I said before, I won't be doing it for him. Ahh...What a relief!!!
