This is that stage....

Another thing about babies-children-is they have stages. I was always told about the coming up stages, but never fully understood it until it came up. For example, I have heard of the terrible two's (which usually take place between 18 and 24 months). I never really knew what it was like until recently. They go through this stage that they cry and scream and are...mean. =p BUT, they are enjoyable in their own way. This is the stage where they can start to interact. They learn new words constantly. They can do walk around and play. They do art work and dance to music. It seems that every new stage they hit is more and more exciting. I only hear about the bad, but there is so much more good. Yah, my little one acts up in line at the store and says that everything she sees is "MINE!" But she also sits with me on the floor to put together a puzzle and before nap time we sing songs and dance together. I guess what I am trying to get at is that parents spend the whole time dreading those "terrible two's" and "troubled threes," when really those are the years we should look forward to and treasure.
